Follow these easy steps to activate your account:
- Contact your NielsenIQ consultant or csonlinech@nielseniq.com, so we can create your account
- Wait for confirmation
- Click on this link
- Go to the “User & Password” section and click on Forgot Your Password
- Type in your business email address as a Username and click on continue. You will receive a Link to change your password via email.
- Click on the link in the email
- Choose your new password and confirm it by clicking change password
Caution: all password links are only viable for a duration of 24 hours
