Prior to joining NielsenIQ, Tracey served as Global President and Chief Executive Officer of Mars Pet Nutrition, where she led the world’s largest pet food business, revamping its product portfolios for continuous growth. Prior to that role, she was Regional President Mars Confectionary Americas, where she successfully led her team through the integration of Mars Chocolate Americas with the Wrigley Co. Americas.

Emilie is responsible for establishing a growth strategy for our business — centered around solving client challenges and creating substantial value for retailers and brands through innovative product offerings and modern technology that offer the “full view”. ​

Emilie began her career with Nielsen (now NielsenIQ) China in 2008. Since then, she has held several senior and client-centric positions across different markets in Asia and Europe, among others as Global FMCG Clients Group Leader, Global Client Business Partner, and Sales Operations Lead Markets.  ​

Prior to NielsenIQ, Emilie worked at Kantar Worldpanel in the UK and started her career with Unilever in France.  ​

Ioana Erhan

Ioana joined LinkedIn in June 2019 as a Senior Director, prior to which she has held various positions in organisations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Amazon. ​

Throughout her career, Ioana Erhan has developed in-depth expertise in the digital transformation of brands and companies, both in the production of digital content, the monetization of digital audiences, e-commerce and digital advertising. She has had the opportunity to lead multi-functional organizations with different teams and corporate cultures and support them in their digital transformation.   ​

Ioana Erhan is also a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris, in the Master’s degree in Media, Communication and Creative Industries.  ​
