C360 Hotel Reservations
You are responsible for securing your own hotel reservation. To receive the discounted room rate of $295 per night, plus taxes, please book your room on the group site at https://book.passkey.com/e/50444090.
If you prefer to book a room by phone, call 1-877-622-3056 and mention your affiliation with NIQ Consumer 360®.
Make your hotel reservations by Friday, May 12 to ensure you receive the discounted room rate. Subject to availability, the discounted rate will be extended three (3) days prior to and following the conference dates. If you cancel your reservation within three (3) days of arrival, you will be charged for one night, plus tax.
Air/Ground transportation
You are responsible for securing your own air and ground transportation. The hotel is located 17.2 miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The hotel does not provide shuttle services. Taxi and Uber services are available from the airport.
Health & safety
NIQ is dedicated to providing the safest and healthiest environment possible for all conference participants. We will continue to monitor ongoing CDC guidelines and update attendees on any safety precautions that may be put in place based on CDC recommendations.
General information
Badges: Name badges will be issued at registration. Badges must be worn during all conference-sponsored events.
Recommended dress: Casual business attire is suggested for all scheduled conference events. Sweaters or jackets are recommended inside the hotel due to air conditioning and for outdoor evening events.
American Disabilities Act: NIQ is committed to compliance with the American Disabilities Act. In accordance with ADA rules, attendees requiring specific aids or services must contact NIQ in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to the start date of Consumer 360® at judy.anderson@nielseniq.com.
